We want both you and your cat to love the Eazibox 2.0. That's why we have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This way you can discover without risk whether the Eazibox 2.0 really suits you and your cats. And, of course, you always get a 2-year warranty with us.
