1. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently ship to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the rest of the European Union.
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders above €70.

- France, Belgium, Netherlands: €4.95
- Rest of Europe: €6.95
2. Delivery Times
All orders are shipped directly from our EU-based warehouses to ensure faster transit and no customs fees for our European customers.

5. Important Information
- Incomplete Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Eazipet is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@eazipet.com with photos of the issue.
